2007 NESSARA Scholarship Rules & Application

Again this year NESSARA will award two (2) $2,500 scholarships.  Each of these scholarships is awarded for one (1) year.  Scholarship winners can reapply each year up to a maximum of five (5) years.  The rules and regulations are as follows:

·        Any paid up NESSARA member’s son or daughter who currently attends college, a private high school or will graduate from high school by June 2008 is eligible.

·        The scholarship applicant must be the son/daughter of the president of a corporation, or of a sole proprietor that is a NESSARA member.

·        To be eligible the member must complete our application with the name, address, telephone number of the child as well as the high school or college he/she is attending.  No phone calls accepted.

·        All scholarship applications must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2007.

·        The scholarship maximum is $2,500 and will be awarded only once to the two (2) individuals randomly selected at the annual raffle party.

·        Winners can reapply and be selected up to a maximum of five times.

·        The drawing is deemed the fairest way possible to choose the winners, as every child has an equal chance of winning.  The drawing does not exclude any member’s child, even those of officers or Scholarship committee.

·        Scholarship must be used within 2 years of date of drawing, and if not used it will be forfeited.

·        Keep a copy of the rules and application for your records.

Drawing will be held on December 8, 2007 at the Annual Holiday Raffle Party.
